Kerela Agricultural University project is located in Mannuthi,Trissur District Kerala, The project cost worth rupees 7.42 Lacks and its waterproofing area around 7000 Sq Ft,including M20 screed concrete casting. Indian Institute of technology project is located in Palakkad District. The waterproofing project cost worth rupees 1.2 lakhs and its around 2,000Sq.ft.
In this project we worked  different types of method, which means waterproofing work done in open terrace by use of App bituminious torchshield membrane waterproofing method and the other method is PU Injection for leakage in pillars due to structural cracks

The Government Dialysis Hospital project is located in Pattambi. The waterproofing project cost was ₹1.5 lakhs, and an area of 6,000 sq. feet was covered. In this project, we worked on around 12 bathrooms using the APP bitumen torch shield waterproofing method on bathroom floors. We also applied the cementitious 2K waterproofing method on bathroom walls and the open terrace. The site is owned by the Public Works Department.

The Calicut University Teacher Education Centre project is located in Koduvaayur, Palakkad.
The project cost was ₹3.29 lakhs, and the total area covered was approximately 6,588.47 sq. ft.
In this  waterproofing project, we carried out work using the cementitious coating method on the roof layer system to ensure long-lasting protection and improved durability of the structure under University of Calicut.

Staff apartment of government engineering college project is located in Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad District Kerala State. And the waterproofing project cost worth rupees2.69 lakhs and we done waterproofing work around 3520 Sq. ft.
In this waterproofing project we worked in 32 bathrooms by use of APP bituminous torch shield membrane waterproofing method in bathroom floors and also we had doneopen terrace in the sq. of 17000 and its project cost worth Rs 9.86 lakh.

Government engineering college project is located in Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad. And the waterproofing project cost worth rupees 4.55 lakhs and we done waterproofing work around 7,000 Sq. In this project we applied APP bituminous torch shield waterproofing method in 28 bathroom floors and also we had done open terrace in the sq.ft of 13,000 and its project cost worth Rs 6.5 lakhs by use of APP bituminous torch shield membrane waterproofing method. We worked in water tank also in the sq. of 1500and its c st worth Rs 75000. The method which isused by Cementitious 2k waterproofing method.

The project was completed at a total cost of ₹3.6 lakhs, covering an area of approximately 6,000 sq. ft.In this project, we carried out waterproofing works on the open terrace using the APP bituminous torch shield membrane waterproofing method. This high-performance system was applied to ensure long-lasting protection against water leakage and to enhance the durability of the structure.

The expansion joint treatment at Hilite Mall, Calicut involved the use of polysulphide sealant combined with a backer rod to create a flexible and weather-resistant seal. This system effectively accommodates joint movement and prevents water penetration, ensuring long-term durability and protection of the structure.The project included waterproofing using elastomeric cementitious coating, along with pressure grouting, PU injection works, and structural rehabilitation with microconcreting to ensure long-term water resistance and structural strength of the swimming pool.

Waterproofing work was carried out on an open terrace area of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. The project was executed using a 3mm torch-applied APP membrane waterproofing system, followed by aluminium coating protection to enhance durability and resistance against weather conditions.

Waterproofing works were carried out at the Aquafarm Resort swimming pool located in Ulloor, Balussery, covering an area of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. The project included waterproofing using elastomeric cementitious coating, along with pressure grouting, PU injection works, and structural rehabilitation with microconcreting to ensure long-term water resistance and structural strength of the swimming pool.

At Parco Hospital, Vatakara, we successfully carried out leakage repair for a 1-lakh litre water tank used for flushing purposes.The issue was resolved using advanced polyurethane foam and resin injection technology, ensuring long-lasting waterproofing and structural protection. This method effectively sealed cracks and leak points, restoring the tank’s integrity and preventing future water loss.

Waterproofing work was successfully completed at the Siddha Samaj Head Office, Vatakara, covering a 650 sq. ft. terrace area. The project was executed using the cementitious waterproofing method with screed plastering, providing strong surface protection, enhanced durability, and long-term resistance against water seepage.

Comprehensive waterproofing works were successfully completed at Sabine Hospital, Tanur. The project included cementitious waterproofing for 30 toilets, along with expansion joint treatment using backing rod and PU sealant to prevent leakage at structural joints. Additionally, 10,000 sq. ft. of open terrace waterproofing was carried out using a high-performance polyurethane coating system, ensuring long-term protection against water seepage and weather damage

Structural repair and strengthening works were successfully carried out at the MRA Vadakara kitchen area.The project involved beam strengthening and concrete repair using Fosroc S2 repair mortar and Fosroc Renderoc RG micro concrete. Spalled concrete areas were treated and restored using Fosroc Renderoc S2 repair mortar, ensuring improved load capacity, durability, and long-term structural safety. This repair system effectively enhanced the strength and lifespan of the structure.

Structural repair works were successfully completed at M.U.M.V.H.S.S, Vatakara.
The scope of work included column repair and structural strengthening carried out using high-quality repair mortar, ensuring improved load-bearing capacity, durability, and long-term structural safety.

Pressure grouting and epoxy injection works were successfully carried out in the turbine room at Kuttiadi Power Station, Kakkayam. The scope of work included magnetic drilling and welding techniques, executed to ensure precise application and effective structural restoration. These methods were adopted to strengthen the affected areas, seal cracks, and enhance the overall durability and performance of the structure.

Structural strengthening works were successfully carried out at Edodi Juma Masjid, Vatakara. The RCC columns and beams were strengthened using steel jacketing and carbon fiber wrapping techniques. Steel jacketing was executed by encasing the structural elements with steel plates to significantly enhance their strength and durability. Carbon fiber wrapping involved the application of high-strength carbon fiber sheets to provide additional reinforcement. These advanced strengthening methods were implemented to improve the overall structural stability, load-bearing capacity, and long-term performance of the building.

Polyurethane injection waterproofing work was successfully carried out beneath the first-floor swimming pool at Essar Heights, Vatakara, to address and prevent water leakage issues. This method involved injecting a specialized polyurethane material into the affected areas to form an effective waterproof seal.
The injection process successfully stopped water seepage, ensuring the swimming pool remains leak-free and structurally protected. This solution provides long-term waterproofing protection and safeguards the structure against future water damage.

Comprehensive waterproofing works were successfully completed at Gurukkals Ayurveda Hospital, Velutha Mala, Vatakara. The scope of work included waterproofing of open terrace areas, sunshade areas, toilets, and planter boxes. Cementitious waterproofing was applied to toilet wall areas, sunshades, and open terraces along with screed plastering. For toilet floor areas, 3 mm APP membrane waterproofing was executed with a 20 cm upturn on wall surfaces. Additionally, cementitious waterproofing up to 2 ft height was provided on wall areas. Core packing was completed using non-shrink grout, ensuring durable sealing and long-term protection against water seepage.
